Moon Chung-hee
Moon Chung-hee is a poet and endowed chair professor at Dongguk University. She has received the Sowol Poetry Award, the Chong Chi-Yong Literature Prize, the Mogwol Literature Prize, and Sweden’s Cikada Prize. She participated in the International Writing Program at the University of Iowa in 1995. Her books in English translation include Windflower, Woman on the Terrace, and I Must Be the Wind.
Moon Jinyoung
Moon Jinyoung won the 2009 Changbi Prize in Fiction. Her works include the novels A Cigarette’s Worth of Time and The Place of the Future, the short story collections Winter in the Snow and The Least Best, the flash fiction collection Greeting the Sunlight, and the novella Ding. She received the Kim Seung-ok Literary Award in 2021.
Moon Taejun
Moon Taejun is a program director at the Buddhist Broadcasting System. His writings include Crowded Backyard, Naked Foot, Flatfish, The Growth of a Shadow, and A Faraway Place. He is a recipient of the Dongsuh Literary Award, Nojak Literary Prize, Midang Literary Award, and Sowol Poetry Award. His poetry collection The Growth of a Shadow has been published in English and his poems “My Mother’s Prayer Beads” and “A Faraway Place” were published in The Guardian.
Moon, Ji Hyuck
He graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in English Language and Literature, completed a Master’s in Narrative Creation at the Korea National University of Arts, and earned a Master’s degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from New York University. He began his writing career with the short story Chaser in 2010 and currently teaches writing and fiction creation at a university.
